Copia CMS links with LinkedIn

We have been adding features to Copia CMS, and amongst the new features is integration with the business social networking/CV site, LinkedIn, using their Apply With LinkedIn button feature.

Now users can easily post LinkedIn jobs ads on their site, and Copia will sort out the more intricate details, needing just the API key and Company ID from the social networking site, and users can set the job title, location, email etc. via the CMS (see below).

This feature appears in the CMS along with the WYSIWYG editor, Google Maps module and News Article features, and is a quick and easy way to post new career opportunities on your site, taking advantage of LinkedIn’s ever increasing popularity.

Gottex themselves are one of the leading independent, global, providers of alternative investment solutions and advisory services.

A new website for Xenfin’s FX arm

Just a couple of months after the launch of the Xenfin Capital website, Xenfin has launched it’s new currency exchange website at www.xenfinfx.com.

The site features a bespoke made physical FX delivery order system built by Ideal Websites, allowing clients to place international currency transfer orders directly on the Xenfin FX website.

Effectiveness of LinkedIn Direct Ads

Another little advertising experiment this week – LinkedIn Direct Ads.

It seems like the perfect advertising solution: the ability to highly target users in certain business sectors, in companies of a particular size, in specified geographical areas.

We have had LinkedIn’s Direct Ads running for a couple of days now so it’s a little too early for results but we are beginning to get some clickthroughs. At the moment the clicks that LinkedIn say we are getting don’t match up with our web analytics software but we’ll give Direct Ads the benefit of the doubt for a little while longer.

I’ll provide an update in a couple of weeks letting you know how we get on.

After a couple of years of neglect we’ve let Danny, our new designer, loose on the Ideal Websites site. We found that people only ever looked at the portfolio and contact info so we’ve stripped out the rest and gone for a minimalist approach.

Copia launched!

We’ve been busy over the last few (ok, more than a few) months preparing a new product that we hope both new and existing clients will enjoy. It’s a content management system but with one big difference, its ready to accept and publish financial data for OEIC and hedge fund managers.

The system is bespoke, written in-house, with the full set of features you’d expect from a CMS plus more.
